Updates Client to utilize the new Animation Export. This modifies the Image Filter to put some of the Animation Defaults there, such as pointSize and the FPS. The icon for downloading GIFs has been replaced with the other movie-roll icon. Clicking on this icon will take the current filter and settings and open the Animation Downloading Dialog with these default options being set.
This also removes the old GIF creation npm packages so Vue Dev tools should work again.
