NCAR Command Language support for vscode.

Package the TextMate language support from http://www.ncl.ucar.edu using the vsce npm module as detailed here.

Installation

Install from the vsix using code --install-extension ncl-0.0.1.vsix

Uninstall using code --uninstall-extension ncl-0.0.1.vsix
