Some websites (most notably ones with 3D spaces, like CAD or 3D viewers) make active use of right mouse button, which is default (and very useful) for activating gestures. To avoid the hassle of opening Gesturefy > Settings > Exclusions > adding the website, I propose adding a ready to use command to the gesture list.
Alternatively, a click menu could be added similar to uBlock or Dark Reader and this command could be added there as a button, but this would be too much extra work.

I'm a little reluctant to add this, because it still requires another (non-gesture) way to activate Gesturefy back again.

Good news, this is already implemented here: #715 😃 but it will take time till it is released.
