Add Polish translation

Motivation and Context

• PicView looks minimal and can handle my favorite filetypes such as .raw and .jpeg
• Issue #13

How Has This Been Tested?

• Couldn't test changes due to .Net 6.0 problems.
• Tried my best to adjust translations to the usage context described in translation file comments
• When a version with changes will appear, I'm gonna test it and fix possibly not matching translations.
