Greetings! I am a highly skilled Software Engineer II with extensive experience in the industry. My expertise lies in being a Tools and Infrastructure Engineer in the Content Development Team, where I collaborate closely with Technical Writers to help them publish their content using various authoring tools such as DITA and Markdown. Additionally, I excel in managing the CI/CD pipeline and the entire content publishing architecture to ensure a seamless production process. I've deployed LLMs based RAG model to help customers with a chatbot.
