About ENTSO-E

In previous work energy-data-entsoe, the ENTSO-E Data Analysis Tool was developed as an interactive web application to simplify the analysis of European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E) power system data. This tool was created to assist in efficiently handling, visualising, and analysing electricity market and grid data across Europe.

Building on this, a Telegram bot demo version has been crafted to explore a different approach. This version is designed for users who prefer interacting through Telegram rather than a web interface, offering a convenient and user-centric experience for data analysis on the go.

Features

  • Data Upload Handling: Users can upload CSV files directly to the bot.
  • Column Selection: After uploading data, users can select a specific time column for easing the analysis.
  • Data Processing: The bot interpolates missing values and resamples data to an hourly resolution.
  • Statistical Analysis: It provides basic statistics of the processed data.
  • File Download: Users can download the processed data as a CSV file.
