Added the hover animation effect on the donate button #164

Hey I have resolved the problem issue no. #158 under .

Here i added the beautiful hover feature into the donate now button in the home screen , if the user want to donate and they hover on it , it shows the lime greenish effect which matches with the color theme of the page layout make it look more good.
