Description

I have added the animated menu icon, that is used to open the side navbar in the dashboard pages.
I have added this animated menu-icon feature in userDashboard, AdminDashboard and NgoDashboard pages.
The video of this is attached below. These changes are tested and works perfectly and are ready to be merged without conflicts.
