Laravel 5.6 Compatiblity

This release introduces laravel 5.6 compatibility and officially deprecates the 1.0 release.

First Stable

Let's kick this off with a major version! In short, the API is stable and this code is as battle tested as being in a few of my production tests can offer. It's also test code, so there really aren't any production fears. 1.0 it is.
