Robyul 1.2: Better Custom Commands, Message Moving and other improvements

🏷️ Custom Commands received an overhaul. You can now attach pictures and videos directly to a command - Robyul will take care of hosting it. Try _commands random to find hidden gems, it will display a random command on your server. If you would like everyone to be able to add commands use _commands toggle-permission to wave the Moderator requirement.
📦 You can now move and copy messages to a different channel:
_move <#target channel or channel id> <first message id> [<number of messages, min 1, max 100, default 1>]
_copy <#target channel or channel id> <first message id> [<number of messages, min 1, max 100, default 1>]
❗ Robyul can now expand your emoji, just do @Robyul :emoji:.
:HypeBadge: Badges can now be tied to a role. Just create the badge like this:
_profile badge create <category name> <badge name> <image url> <border colour> role <role name or role id>
🔔 We added a new notification mode: embed with context (displays message containing keyword plus four messages before it). To enable it use _noti toggle-mode until it says embed with context enabled.
🐱 _cat got fixed, and both _cat and _dog have a reaction to reroll now.
