Feature: Asset bulk action - Book

With the powerful filters on the asset index, it has become the preferred spot to perform actions based on filters.
Sometimes users want to add some very specific assets to a booking and doing it using the manage-assets modal is not as good as its very limited in terms of filters.

In the asset page we have a Book button. I would like to add this button as a bulk action.

• Place the button next to the actions button
• Show the amount of selected items inside the button (same as "export selection" button)
• Button should work the exact same way as on the asset page, as a dropdown with 2 options
• The button should have the exactly same disabled logic as on the asset page believe the only case we disable it is if some assets are marked as "unavailable for bookings"
• The button should be disabled if not assets are selected. Same as "actions"
