Bug squashing/feature work after user feedback

• Fixed no such file or directory error when performing first run Issue #1
• Fixed routing issue after connection which prevented sessions without ip-up file or manual route setting
• Feature: Added sorting by host name as default for host list command
• Feature: Added disconnect command to cli
