Additional notice
In this data set, coordinate 0/0 is the center of the image. The coordinates go from -1500/1000 to 1499/999. To transform the coordinate to image coordinate(0/0 is the upper left corner) the X coordinate must be added with 1500 and the Y coordinate with 1000.
