For the product developed the board, the casing and the bot components are packed and labelled. The board is placed on a bubble wrap sheet and the sheet is folded. This is done to prevent damages to the IC's on the board, for the pin outs. The bubble wrapped board is placed in a cardboard box whose inner sidewalls are covered by spongy materials so that there is no much vibration effect on the board.
The Screen is placed between the spongy layers and then placed in a cardboard box.
The casing for the board has multiple components and the screen cover are individually bubble wrapped and packed in a single cardboard box
The bot has several components. The top and bottom surface are individually packed by wrapping them in a spongy material as it has sharp edges and to maintain the surface finish. The ribs are bubble wrapped and the flat plates are normally rolled in a plastic sheet. The wheels are separately packed in a cardboard box. All the components are then placed in a cardboard box with thermocol layers between them to provide damage to other parts as the parts have sharp edges.
