Development Release #1

• Initial code jar release.
• Right now it will download 1.7.x through 1.12.x
• Note that it will download 1GB worth of textures to disk
• Patching should work fine
• Table information is accurate
• Should pull latest changes from github on startup
• Double click to run, or from cmd java -jar texture-patcher-v3.0-dev1.jar
