Always PTT will lose access to the assigned push-to-talk key if you are running a voice audio a program such as Discord as admin, the only way around that is to run Always PTT as admin too. This settings is made optional because it doesn't make sense to run Always PTT as admin all the time unless you do intend to frequently use Always PTT with voice audio programs that run as admin.
SETTINGS TROUBLESHOOTING:

Next, go to the "Help" submenu and select the "Reset Settings to Default" option. This will reset all Always PTT settings to default and restart the program. The only setting not effected by this reset is the "Run on Windows Startup" setting.
