This is a non-exhaustive list of Nostr public hex keys for known spam accounts. Each public hex key has been verified to have submitted spam notes.
The list will NOT be used for censorship of any kind. The blocklist is purely to assist Nostr relay operators in the fight against spam.
File format in both .json and .yaml are included for compatibility of relay language type and for ease of use with syntax in copy/pasting into your own config file.

NOTE: When submitting a pull request, please correctly include the additional public hex keys in the correct format per its file type. Additionally, please include a comment with an example (copy of note ID) for each submitted public hex key, which shows proof of the spam.
