macOS Environment Setup

For the Vulkan/MoltenVK, get the VulkanSDK from LunarG.

For everything else, use Homebrew and get the following:

brew install assimp bullet cmake catch2 freeimage fmt glfw glm libevent libsodium yaml-cpp
