[API] Useful User Profiles

In this release, support for user profiles is officially added. The user can do the following:
- On creation of the account, set their user handle.
- Edit their display name
- Edit their profile description
- Set a colour for their profile icon in HEX format (support for actual pictures might come later)
- Pin their favourite PB's to their profile
Validation for swear words and such is also added.
