This release fixes a few bugs and adds icon displays. As a side effect, Shannon now essentially doubles as an IPA icon extractor.

• Added icon ripping and displaying.
• The launcher is now hidden when touchHLE is launched.
• The launcher no longer pops up an error when touchHLE closes with an error. A LOT of these boxes would appear even if everything seemingly went fine, resulting in more of annoyance than anything.
• Fixed mouse clicks not being ignored if they aren't hovering over an app.
