suggestion 8511: "Disable veilripper in market. Players accidentally break other players signs in bazaar."

This does need to be just in the market - players still want to be able to use the excavator on their guild plots.

You can use a zone lookup to check this rather than hardcoding coordinates -

if (!ZoneUtils.hasZoneProperty(shopEntity, ZoneProperty.SHOPS_POSSIBLE)) {

closing this because i took so long to get around to it that bazaar just got nuked entirely
