Moving forward to 1.0 (we are already stable and in production...)

• hhvm support + PHP 5.6 support (travis CI checked)

• moved Examples to seperate repository
• Daterange picker for bootstrapTable
• CSV Export
• define seperator for PhpArray type
• bootstrap3 support
• set view variables easy: $grid->setToolbarTemplateVariables();
