Added the ability to be able to see what file is being edited

First release.

This is just a really simple Discord Presence Application.

Run it by double clicking on it and then go into your Discord settings under "Games" and set your active game to LimeNotepad++ then the system will take over and give you Discord presence. The Window needs to be running for the system to work and when you exit it, it will stop.

Still have to add what file is currently being edited. SoonTM
