Tregmine 1.1.4 Beta 1

This is a bugfix-only update which resolves a lot of issues

• Standardized the permissions / error system for cleaner output to the users
• Commands that are banned in the vanilla world should now act more reliably
• Nicknames are now persistent across logins and are not as buggy to interact with
• Builders are now blocked from the economy
• WorldEdit support has been added
• The Discord client is a lot less choppy and handles roles better
• The Seen command now works as expected
• Users with warnings will now see the correct expiration date for their warning
• The mentor command will only let tourists skip mentoring if there are no mentors available
• TextComponent will no longer serialize when two users leave the GLOBAL channel
