Contributed Fixes, Hooray

It's been a long time since a release, but I figured it was worth making one since there are some good fixes in, including:

• removing the obsolete times package
• fixing various margin and float placement issues
• adding the Impact Statement section
• resetting the mathcal font
• fixing some document link targets

Thank you to everyone who contributed a fix or raised an issue. There are still a few things on the list for me to get around to.

Various Fixes

Fixes for:

• issue where pdfimageresolution was not supported in LuaLaTeX (just removed it: it's mostly superfluous anyway) (issue #9)
• showing how to set arbitrary custom degree titles (issue #8) (Note that MSci is expanded to Master in Science, not of Science. I'm not sure why.)

Also removed different files for different degree versions, since they pretty much just changed one line of text. They're still all tested, but by search-and-replacing the option line instead.

Also also, moved author, title, and department settings to the Preamble file, to sit next to the other bits you have to change for the frontmatter like the abstract, and the aforementioned custom title snippet.

Fixed page sizes

Finally got around to fixing the page sizes to make the margins comply with the formatting requirements. Sorry for being so slow on this, and thanks to Rónán Kennedy and Christopher Parker for their help.

Bibliography Bugfix

Previously the example bibliography would not work because I foolishly forgot that LaTeX likes to work out its own file extensions. That's now fixed so you'll get an actual citation in the bibliography when you compile the base example.

That's the only change, but it made the release not work fully, so, fixed and new bugfix release.

Minor Bugfix

Just fixes some accidental case differences that prevented compilation on case-sensitive file systems.

Stable

... but far from perfect.

The margin sizes aren't correct, and there's some duplication, for example, ucl-a4.sty is overridden by the same settings in the class file.

Since people have started using this version, though, I figured I'd tag it so they can download the same version later.
