tRNAviz is a web application that allows researchers to perform comparative analysis on tRNA sequence features. The Summary page is a dashboard that details consensus elements and summary statistics for a clade and isotype. Researchers can choose to compare tRNA features by clades, species, and sequences. Search results are presented in graphical visualizations that can be downloaded as publication-quality image files.

For security reason, settings.py is not provided in the source code.
The production release of tRNAviz is available at http://trna.ucsc.edu/tRNAviz/. It is hosted with Apache and mod_wsgi. The About page provides description of the application, included data, and usage.
