This file looks good and can be added to our repository. However, it would be better to update it to version 2.0, as we use version 2.0 for our CMS repository. |

This PR adds a standard Contributor Covenant code of conduct which is widely used in open source projects so contributors have clear guidelines on expected behaviour.
