Community Code Framework for General Ecosystem Modeling

This repository will house the EPA community code framework for general ecosystem modeling. Initially included water quality models will be CGEM and GoMDOM. Initially supported grid structures will include a 0-D model (FishTank) and EFDC. Documentation and instructions for the models will be posted, along with R scripts for visualization.

v1.0 contains only the FishTank version of the code in an executable for Windows using R Shiny as a user interface. General instructions and a tutorial are provided.
