This repository includes scripts and code for the paper Connections Matter: National Classification Links Wetlands with Stream Water Quality. The code generates wetland flow paths based on NLCD (http://www.mrlc.gov/index.php) derived wetlands, generates wetland watersheds, and processes landscape metrics for both wetland flow paths and watersheds. Code further classifies wetlands and their associated flowpaths and watersheds in terms of flow type, flow magnitude, flow frequency, and impacts.
