Adjust sponsor logos

Description

This is 80% a stylistic PR and 20% new content. We have two new sponsors in the "other" category and one new Gold sponsor. This also puts sponsor logos on shared lines so the page doesn't have to be so darn long.

NOTE: The CSS changes are so the SciOS logo will actually appear. It's very very light, and it doesn't show nicely without the logo-filter class applied (which gives it a drop shadow).
