Put the Storybook on the web

One of the nice features of this module is that we are able to curate a storybook of our modular React components to facilitate reuse. This is cool, but it would be fantastic if we had this available on the web, as the seed for some public documentation of the components architecture of Macrostrat.

It'd be great to add some CI/deployment magic to the main branch, so the storybook is a persistent resource available at a URL.

@CannonLock this is still an important thing to make happen, despite the fact that it hasn't been touched since July 2023
