• Download sondovac-0.6-alpha.zip, do NOT download Source code as it does not contain all needed files to run Sondovač.
• Unpack sondovac-0.6-alpha.zip and start in command line by sondovac_part_a.sh -h and by reading documentation.

This is the set of sample data for testing Sondovač. See below for important information.

Important note

• Download only sample_data.zip, do NOT download Source code.
• For the newest version of Sondovač check latest regular release (Sondovač #.#; tags v#.#). Currently, the latest release is v1.1.
• Oxalis transcriptome is not included, see wiki .
