Sondovač 1.3

This full release fixes some issues of the version 1.2, most important is cleared output of part A for better handling in Geneious, better description of Geneious usage and automated removal of putative plastid sequences in part B.

Sample data 2.0

This is the set of sample data for testing Sondovač. See below for important information.

Important note

• Download only sample_data.zip, do NOT download Source code.
• For the newest version of Sondovač check latest regular release (Sondovač #.#; tags v#.#). Currently, the latest release is v1.2.

Sondovač 1.2
