v1.6.1: This first release that enhance the mod with the following changes:
- Update the project with all compiling dependencies and the Nightinggale Makefile
- Update graphics with Blue Marble (v4.50), including its base terrain and its waiting cursor
- Remove from the 1200AD map the term "TEST"
- Add the Advanced Combat Odds mod (v2.01) (see https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/pieceofminds-advanced-combat-odds.310415/)
- Add middle east soundtracks from RFC DoC soundtrack module. Played when player's state religion is Islam and era is the middle age (i.e. not the Renaissance)
- Automatically hide the scoreboard when the stability overlay is toggle
- Apply a commit from the Taurus mod to prevent a loud sound when a stack of units is promoted or a war is declared to several player (see f1rpo/Taurus@822aa71)

- Fixed bug on resurrection where civs declared war on the new civ based on decisions/setup of earlier resurrections
- Fixed inconsistency connected to Lumbermill availability on Timber resources
- Fixed bug with UI display on the map for cottages, hamlets and villages (worked turns needed till the improvement upgrade) when they are outside cultural borders
- Fixed mistake with negative modifiers for cottage/hamlet/village growth, now everything is accounted and shown properly
- Fixed bug connected to persecutions being done with automatic religion selection for the human player (so only one possible religion to persecute)
- Fixed bug with unspecified collapses - reported by Titoudeff
