Website - Show top bar for Publishers

• By default a user has to be an Employee (base.group_user) for the website editor top bar to show up
• This module modifies the visibility so that belonging to just the Display Editor Bar on Website (base.group_website_publisher) is enough

Installation

• Just install this module

Configuration

• Give the external editor users the Display Editor Bar on Website access right and nothing else

Usage

• Just open the website and the topbar shows up even without the Employee access rights
