Development

1. Install .NET Framework 4.7.2 Developer Pack
2. Configure library.
3. Build the solution.
4. Copy Output/Sinmai-Assist.dll to Mods folder.
5. Copy YamlDotNet.dll to UserLibs folder.
6. Configure and copy config.yml to GameFolder\Sinmai-Assist\ folder.
