Simple "Hello ARM!" app for ARM architecture.
To cross-compile it and run on Ubuntu:
$ cd .build && cmake .. -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=../toolchain.cmake && make
$ cd app && qemu-arm -L /usr/arm-linux-gnueabihf ./hello-arm
