Creating a new external link

External links are used to go to externals urls o send emails to someone. To create a new external link, first you must click with the mouse right button on the desired destination folder. In the contextual menu, you have to select "Add new external link".

Then, Ximdex will open a new tab with a form where you must introduce the link name, the external url or email, the description and the type of the link (url or email). When you finish filling the form, you must click on "CREATE".

If fields are correct, Ximdex will report "Link has been successfully added" and your new link will be inside the selected destination folder.
