Creating online data collection forms.

Create forms with multiple controls. Data stored in MongoDB and displayed using simple queries in tabular views and graphs. Each form has a url and password protection available once activated.

Contains an API to enable live data extraction and single link access.

Requires Node.js, MongoDB, express installed
