Fandom list polish

Added a bit of polish to fandom lists functionality:

• active list names are displayed in green
• freshly added fandoms have yellow background
• you can press Enter when you are typing in the combobox to add current fandom to list
• if a list has all "exclude" fandoms already, newly added item will be an exlude, otherwise include
• on item addition list is resorted so that includes come first
