* feat: Initial Death on the Isle quest helper

* fix: Only highlight "More options...", if the "Naiatli." option is not visible

* fix: explain where Butler's uniform can be reobtained with a tooltip

* fix: ensure user can log out/leave during pickpocket steps

not tested but I think my brain has looped through this properly. I was not able to write tests for this (would be nice though)

* fix: Clarify first set of loose rocks position

* fix: remove mention of Protect from Melee from Naiatli/Clodius fight

* fix: attack clodius intead of killing him

* fix: order of original talking to guests/host

* fix: Customer -> Costumer

* fix quest point reward

* fix: remove combat level requirement

* fix: remove mention of protect from melee & hcange combat requirements to "2 unlosable fights"

* feat: add basic teleport suggestion to start the quest

* polish pass
