Seeing as it seems HDOS have added a means of moving to a fake NPC and it's within OSRS's guidelines, thought I'd have a hack at it myself.

Seeing as it seems HDOS have added a means of moving to a fake NPC and it's within OSRS's guidelines, thought I'd have a hack at it myself. Would need to check this one past the Runelite team before actually implementing it.
