Should include a TOKEN.txt file with bot's token. Emoji ID within bot.py should be changed to "upvote" and "downvote" reactions for specific server

'a' command causes the bot to upvote the most recent message

'z' command cases the bot to downvote the most recent message

'karma count' command tallies up the votes from the past 25,000 messages
