Toggle youtube video and Rdio tracks using Ctrl+Period without switching tabs

This is a fun development. I open up many tabs at once and easily loose track of the one which plays the video.

##Installation

• Clone the repository
• Load the unpackaged extension by navigating to chrome://extensions/ in chrome\chromium.
