EEG Emotion Analysis Project Contribution

This pull request introduces the eeg_emotion_analysis_project, a comprehensive project focused on the analysis of emotions using EEG (Electroencephalography) data.

The project includes a dataset of EEG signals labeled with corresponding emotional states such as happiness, sadness, anger, and fear.
The project provides an in-depth analysis of the EEG data using various features including:

• Time domain features (mean, standard deviation, peak-to-peak amplitude, root mean square)
• Frequency domain features (power spectral density, mean frequency, dominant frequency)
• Time-frequency domain features (Hjorth parameters, wavelet transform, short-time Fourier transform)
• Spatial domain features (Laplacian of the EEG signal, coherence between different electrodes)
