v0.0.3: MSK knee pipeline

Features:

• segment DESS images using unet model trained on OAI dataset - not segmentation accuracy has not been quantified
• register cubequant and cones sequence scans to DESS
• calculate T2, T1rho, and T2* using DESS, Cubequant, and Cones respectively
• 2D visualization maps for femoral cartilage
• save quantitative values to excel file
