Learn about vigilant mode.

Initial release.
Supports SVG comparison with swipe. Dragging and scroll zoom working although zooming above certain point might cause high resources utilization or panic. Zoom limiting or texture caching not implemented yet. Tested only on Linux (Ubuntu Mantic and Arch Linux)
