Final version of the VisSE project

This is the final version of the meta-repository for the VisSE project, ready to deploy to production, and with the data as presented in the web and scientific publications.

While this is the code and data as they stand at the end of the project, development continues in some of the sub-projects, so more releases may be available in the future.

Since the VisSE Spanish SignWriting corpus is not yet ready to be released in its entirety, a first version is included here. This version has all the data and scripts necessary for reproduction of the experiments presented to the scientific community so far. Soon to come versions of the corpus will include expanded data and information on the annotation process.
