Ensemble learning and iterative training (ELIT) framework can be used for iteratively adapting model(s) trained on simulated data to real-world experimental images.

This repository contains one notebook demonstrating how this framework is applied to graphene with impurities. A combination of ab-initio molecular dynamics (MD) simulations performed on pristine graphene and STEM images of graphene with impurities are utilized in this study.
