Realhome: Seamless Property Solution

Realhome is a modern and user-friendly real estate selling application built using Next.js 13.4. It allows users to easily browse and book properties, as well as request inquiries. The application features a seamless user interface, with support for server-side rendering and SEO optimization.

Features

• Property Listings: Realhome provides a comprehensive listing of properties available for sale. Users can explore various types of properties such as apartments, houses, and commercial spaces. Each listing includes detailed information about the property, including images, pricing, and specifications.

• Booking and Inquiry: Users can conveniently book properties of their interest directly through the application. They can select their preferred date and time for property visits and provide additional information if required. Alternatively, users can also submit inquiries to seek further details about the properties before making a decision.

• Agent Contact: Realhome facilitates seamless communication between users and property agents. Users can easily find and contact the respective agents associated with each property listing. This feature allows users to discuss property details, negotiate terms, and arrange property viewings.

• Credential Login: Realhome utilizes NextAuth to ensure secure authentication for users. By registering and logging into their accounts, users can access additional features such as saving favorite properties, managing bookings, and receiving personalized recommendations based on their preferences.

• Form Validation: React Hook Form is employed for efficient and reliable form validation within Realhome. It ensures that user inputs are validated and adhered to according to specified criteria, providing a seamless and error-free experience when interacting with forms throughout the application.
